Who We Are

We are, Lupus And Community Empowering Support, known as “LACES”, a patient resource and advocacy organization that collaborates with other health organizations to promote lupus research, awareness, and education, and serves the needs of people with lupus and their families.

LACES was founded in 2003 by Kim Schofield, a lupus patient desiring to empower other people living with lupus to live in, through and beyond this disease.  Diagnosed for over ten years, she formed a support group in DeKalb County, GA and partnered with the Georgia Chapter of the Lupus

Words cannot express my gratitude and how much I say thanks for getting responded to my request because of this practically hopeless case.
